How It Works

  1. Submit a referral. Fill out the referral form below with your contact info and the business you’d like to introduce to us. That’s it — our team handles the rest.
  2. We reach out. A member of our team will contact your referral to learn about their business and IT needs. No pressure, no hard sell.
  3. You get rewarded.
    • $25 VISA gift card — when your confirmed referral results in a meeting with our team.
    • Up to 80% of their first month’s invoice — paid to you as a one-time reward when your referral signs a managed services contract with Cross Industries.

Program Terms

  • A “confirmed referral” is a business that has not previously been in contact with Cross Industries and agrees to meet with our team.
  • The $25 VISA gift card is issued after the initial meeting takes place.
  • The managed services reward is a one-time payment of up to 80% of the new client’s first month’s contract value, issued after the client signs a managed services agreement and their first invoice is paid.
  • Referral rewards apply to new managed services clients only. Project-only engagements (e.g., cabling or data recovery) qualify for the $25 meeting reward.
  • There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer.
  • By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the contact’s permission to share their information with us.
  • Cross Industries reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and to modify or end this program at any time.
